HR & Administrative officer manage the daily tasks of a company or organization by providing Human Resource & Administrative clerical support. The duties and responsibilities of an HR & Administrative Officer typically include:
Ø Responsible for all types of HR & Admin associated duties and responsibilities;
Ø Deal with the recruitment process, leave management, attendance monitoring, salary and wages fixation, employee data entry, final settlement, using payroll software, performance appraisal & organization development.
Ø Monitor daily attendance and ensure proper maintenance/update leave record.
Ø Check Bill Vouchers, preparation of daily workers “wages and bonus sheet, and check canteen deduction, holiday allowance and overtime sheet to ensure on-time payment of the plant employees;
Ø Implement and follow up core HR practices company policy to ensure professional HR;
Ø Monitor administrative, transport & overall logistics issues as per company policy;
Ø Develop & Update manpower planning;
Ø Prepare and update organogram and manpower setup;
Ø Coordinate different events;
Ø Any task assigned by Reporting Boss or Management.
