Kashmiri Beauty — From Single-Product Advertising to a Multi-Funnel Growth System Business Context Growth Problem Strategy & Execution Results
Business: D2C Beauty & Skincare
Role: Digital Marketing Executive
Hero Product: Saffron Soap Beauty Bar
Kashmiri Beauty had around 70 products, but its marketing was heavily focused on a single soap. Despite having a broad product portfolio, the brand was not fully leveraging its products as solutions to different customer problems
The core issue wasn't simply advertising performance. The brand lacked:
- Problem-specific product positioning
- Structured bundles and offers
- Dedicated acquisition funnels
- Strong cross-sell and upsell mechanisms
- Consistent product presentation and perceived value
I analyzed the brand's products, customers, competitors, marketing, and customer journey, then identified an opportunity to turn the existing product portfolio into problem-specific solutions
I created 6–7 bundles, each combining 3–4 complementary products, and built dedicated funnels around them:
Problem → Offer → Solution → Reviews → Influencer Content → Conversion
I launched these funnels through Meta, moving the brand beyond its previous single-product advertising approach.
For TikTok, the soap remained the entry product. After purchase, customers were contacted to understand their needs, allowing us to recommend relevant products and create personalized packages. This created an additional upsell mechanism.
I also introduced influencer marketing, expanded the brand's acquisition approach beyond Facebook, and improved packaging for products whose presentation was weakening perceived value.
