Summary
In my over 13 years carrier life, I started as a marketing officer at ACI Animal Health in 2009. Then gradually served as Customer Service Officer and as Executive, aqua services at Square Pharmaceuticals (Agrovet division) from 2011 to 2014. At that time I worked closely with the fish farmers, fish hatcheries, feed millers and fish medicine sellers and feed dealers. In 2014 I joined at ACI Aqua Product Management Department (PMD) as Product Executive. My Major duties were to develop new products, field trial, prepare budget, prepare marketing strategy, develop promotional material and train the field forces. I switched to Energaia Company Limited when I was Product Manager, as well as Aqua Portfolio Head at ACI. At Energaia I was responsible for overall Spirulina operation including research design and implementation, quality control, setup Spirulina projects, develop and adaptation of setup equipment with locally available products, chemical alteration with available low cost chemicals, Meet production target, work on food safety certificates, local and international marketing, collaboration with universities, research institutions and NGOs. During my service period I successfully installed 5 Spirulina projects in Bangladesh and Thailand. In addition I did 3 research collaboration with Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU), Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University (SAU) and Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (BCSIR).
