Extensive experience in designing different types of assessment or survey questionnaire, data collection tools both in off line and online using kobo toolbox, ODK, ONA, Google form, STREAM. Strong ability to analyze and present data clearly for statistical research using relevant data analysis software like SPSS, STATA, R, Power bi, MS Access, MS Excel. Have an experience to manage Geo special data and visualizing information through Arc GIS software. Excellent skills in translating findings into reports that document quantitative and qualitative insights, and actionable recommendations for program teams. Experience in managing and supervising a large M&E team consist with senior level and mid-level M&E personals.
