Summary

I am currently working as a Store and Distribution In-Charge of Classic Chemical Industries Limited Company. Before that, I worked as a Section In-Charge at ACI Logistics Limited. Warehouse Executive at Young Optics Bangladesh Limited, and Store Officer at Agora Limited for 9+ years. I have expertise in inventory control, product/materials receiving and distribution management, raw material management, store/warehouse management.

  • Responsible for the Overall Management (Team, Inventory, Space, Distribution) of the Store operations.
  • Ensure all receiving raw materials from local & foreign suppliers as per LC / purchase requisition
  • Preparation of Material Receiving Report (MRR).
  • Distributing chemicals to production floor as per requisition.
  • Maintain FIFO (First-in, First-out), LIFO (last-in, First-out) systems.
  • Follow up BIN card updating and always keep accurate physical inventory and match with System.
  • Forecast & Arrange materials for minimum 03 months stock of every item.
  • Prepare consumption report, fast-moving and slow-moving inventory report for management.
  • Deal with internal and external Auditors during stock verification.
  • Prepared monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly inventory report and submit to Proper authority.
  • Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Keep the warehouse neat & clean and well organize (as per compliance) and maintain 6S.
  • Ensure Chemical storing considering the Storage areas environment, temperature, containment etc.
  • Prepare accurate Daily/ Monthly/ Half Yearly & Yearly Stock Report to review and Analysis of actual facts and figure for the next action plan.
  • Ensure goods Outbound and Inbound functions, Proper inventory tracking, receiving & storage.
  • Check Safety, Quality & Compliance activities in workplace & Ensure MSDS of MSDS Board for specific item.
  • Receive finished products from production dept. & maintain an accurate inventory of finished goods.
  • Follow up daily receiving & delivery reports & inform the department head by email.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for warehouse operations to meet production and finished distribution goals.

  • Daily Outlets demand collection from mail & create a plan for delivery.
  • Manage order as per outlets demand & ensure delivery to outlets point.

  • To receive & check quality all the Imported/Purchase materials in the system as per the SOP.
  • Daily input, output & transfer materials transaction properly upload in SAP system.
