- Maximize room revenue contribution with a thorough understanding of all booking channels and management of inventory and rates therein.
- Continuous analysis of changing channel distribution models and the impact on consumer booking trends.
- Work with area RM Team to determine effective and engaging rate offers or packages which are then distributed through the proper channels.
- Contribute to the set up and launching of new distribution channels and packages, so the hotel may be a leader in new OTA and booking opportunities and revenue growth.
- Implement F &B outlet budget and forecast, find out the area to increase RevPAS.
- Catering revenue maximization, with the consideration of upcoming group block and season demand.
- Analyses Total hotel revenue considering all revenue generating option to achieve total hotel revenue target for the year.
