  • Preparing competitive analysis and other supporting documents for the presentation at weekly market sales strategy meetings with property HOD’s.

  • Liaise with Area Revenue Management team for consistency.
  • Monitor any changes in inventory for the property and provide guidance on the impact on the current strategies.
  • Maximize room revenue contribution with a thorough understanding of all booking channels and management of inventory and rates therein.
  • Continuous analysis of changing channel distribution models and the impact on consumer booking trends.
  • Work with area RM Team to determine effective and engaging rate offers or packages which are then distributed through the proper channels.
  • Contribute to the set up and launching of new distribution channels and packages, so the hotel may be a leader in new OTA and booking opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Implement F &B outlet budget and forecast, find out the area to increase RevPAS.
  • Catering revenue maximization, with the consideration of upcoming group block and season demand.
  • Analyses Total hotel revenue considering all revenue generating option to achieve total hotel revenue target for the year.
