• Portfolio Management: Direct the initial development and procurement phases for a 45 MW utility-scale solar project while simultaneously steering the pipeline for multiple upcoming projects totaling over 80 MW (including 50 MW and 30 MW assets).
• EPC & Vendor Selection: Lead the commercial and technical evaluation for selecting Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors, Owner’s Engineers (OE), and critical equipment suppliers. Manage high-value procurement and contract negotiations to secure optimal pricing and warranties.
• Engineering & Design Review: Oversee the engineering design stage by reviewing plant layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and technical drawings. Conduct energy yield assessments and solar simulations using PVsyst to optimize plant performance and minimize degradation.
• Project Execution & Scheduling: Establish master project schedules and milestone tracking frameworks using MS Project / Primavera P6. Map out resource allocation, delegate tasks to cross-functional teams, and align all stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from design to physical site mobilization. [1, 2]
• Regulatory & Financial Liaison: Coordinate directly with the Power Grid Company of Bangladesh (PGCB) and Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) for grid interconnection approvals, power purchase agreements (PPA), and technical compliance. Manage relationships with international lenders and financial institutions to fulfill technical due diligence and funding disbursement conditions.

• In charge of the 50 MW Patenga HFO Plant, the 45 MW Solar Power Plant at Fatikchari, and the 50 MW Solar Power Plant at Cox's Bazar.
• Serving as the In-charge of the 50 MW Power Plant, overseeing daily operations, mechanical/electrical maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Leading the Renewable Energy section with additional responsibility for sourcing land and preparing feasibility reports.
• Successfully prepared offers to participate in government tenders for solar IPP projects.
• Actively developing 45 MW and 50 MW Solar IPP projects, managing liaison with government bodies and respective authorities.
