  • In 2004, I embarked on an ambitious venture that would significantly impact the landscape of our shoes manufacturing operations. Recognizing the immense potential that China held in the footwear industry, I spearheaded the establishment of our strategic office in China, a decision that would prove instrumental in revolutionizing our supply chain, merchandising, and sample development processes.
  • Communicate with different buyers for collecting shoe orders such as City sports Korea, PWH oriental Ltd. HK, Programm Taiwan, Deichmann (Germany). Nord Jump Taiwan, I.S.A (Int’l shoe agencies) HK Ltd., Andre HK buying office Ltd., HI-TEC sports Taiwan, Lotto Taiwan, Mona Taiwan etc. And made CAR (cost analysis report) & BOM (bill of materials) for respective department.
  • Followed with products development dept (PD) for samples as per customer demand.
  • Purchased all kind of raw materials, outsoles, accessories, chemicals, machines, tools etc for shoes factory.
