  • Company Overview: Apex Footwear Limited is a publicly listed manufacturer, retailer and exporter of shoes. Apex is the largest shoemaker in South Asia, responsible for approximately 15% of all leather footwear export from Bangladesh.
  • Scrutinizing and analysis of CAPEX Vs Actual Fixed Assets addition and compare with budget including new project. Calculation of Finance cost and present scenario of all finance cost and Bank wise finance cost allocation in month on month. GL balance analysis for incidental charges variance with budgeted Vs actual cost and compare with ISC charges report in System.
  • Assist internal & External Audit team for finalization of Accounts
  • Ensure and follow up specific GL up to financial reporting, understanding & review financial results, monitor & take action to ensure profitability of the business.
  • Liaison with the stakeholders to ensure accurate cross- checking and month end reconciliations.
  • Assist to prepare Corporate & Individual Tax return as per ITA-2023.
  • Prepare and submit withholding tax return per month under section 177of ITA-2023.
  • Preparation & submission of salary returns of ITA-2023).
  • Co-ordinate with Ho & Factory team for CAPEX budgeting. Tracking and reporting the CAPEX spend status on every month. Conduct assets addition and actual CAPEX reporting.
