Summary

I am Fellow of Chartered Accountants- FCA having 21 years Experiences in my career of life including few days of Practitioner member of ICAB. As you see my CV I also earlier worked at Embassy of Sweden, Save the children International, Save the Children Sweden Denmark and carry the values of children right and dignity.

In my whole carrier of life, in theoretical & practically I deal, IFRS, IAS, BSA, IPSAS, BSA and various International accounting and auditing standards, strategic direction and guidance, reform various policy procedures of the organization, set up strong internal control structure of the organization, Financial management and control the function of Administration, Finance, Accounting, Travel, ticketing & Insurance management, Treasury and cash management, Contract management, Grant & sub-grant management, Partners capacity building and support, Payroll & Pension management, procurement, Fixed Assets management and more.

I have managed more than 150 partner Budget management, Contract with different INGOs, NGOs, and proper planning disbursement of fund while I work at Embassy of Sweden, Oxfam, Save the children International, Save the children Sweden Denmark.

I was responsible for resource planning (budgeting) process and Ensure review, consolidation and submission of country budget within regional timeframe and managed more than 300 million project budget and its implementation. I have Managed the large volume of fixed assets and Inventory with photo inventory with location and identifications in Oxfam and Sweden Embassy.

In my carrier of Chief Accounts Officer in Sweden Embassy, Finance Manager of Oxfam in Bangladesh (Oxfam GB), I have Leaded a Administrative & Finance Team & Review/monitor Country financial performance against budget; provide analysis/commentary on these as required by the region and HQ and managed all everyday book keeping and accounting tasks including ensuring monthly cash inflow & outflow, preparation of Monthly Financial Report, Oxfam administrative budget etc.

It is my professional and personal interest to work and develop my career with Administrative, Finance and accounting to accomplish my professional knowledge of Chartered Accountant-FCA, theoretical knowledge and 21 years practical working experiences in different position in Finance and Administration in Embassy of Sweden, OXFAM-GB, Oxfam Novib, Save the Children International, Save the Children Sweden Denmark, BRAC and other international organizations.

In beside I was as National Finance Officer- Country Finance Focal Person for Bangladesh and South Asia Regional of Oxfam Novib with responsible for the financial management grants management systems, admin & procurement for designing, improving and updating systems, manual and templates to ensure adherence to SIDA, EC, DFID, Oxfam Australia, IKEA foundation, USAID, ECHO, MFS-II and Oxfam Novib funded project and financial reporting, compliances etc.

I also responsible for designing and delivering the strategies, tools for administrative and financial management in Oxfam program and business support unit for Bangladesh and South Asia Region (Bangladesh, India, Nepal etc) to carry out high-quality standard on Administrative & Financial management & reports for management in according to general accepted accounting principles comply with International Accounting Standards .

I am responsible to develop annual budgets and break-down budgets , maintain financial records and monitoring systems to record and reconcile expenditure, balances, payments, accounting data for daily transactions and focus of work that attracts and influences me to be a member of you as you see my Resume deserves your expectation.
