Chitra Brikkho Haat (CBH) is the first Bangladeshi plant Brand which started paid promotion ever in digital platform. Now CBH has more than 200k follower which is really very big in plants selling pages. I found several difficulties in plants business. Quality is one of them. Started to work with producer to improve the quality, learnt a lot about medium of plant etc and applied. I wanted to make a first Bangladeshi plant brand. 2nd most tough one is carrying plants. Plants are really very heavy and have weird size and shape with high sensitivity but a very low value product. I launched a dedicated logistic team to provide home delivery in Dhaka city and developed a very high quality packaging but cheap for outside dhaka delivery. I tried and still trying to make a one stop gardening solution for customer. I have created a website, youtube channel so that people can order and customize their product very easily and can get enough knowledge where they can keep a plant a which plant. To reach enough people i started learning digital marketing. Learnt SEO, content writhing etc at the very beginning of this business but right now i have a team of capable people who can handle most of the job.

• Reengineered departments to establish top-performing groups while decreasing costs by 10%
• But During corona the company top management decided discontinuing this business.

Our very first project was The great Rajuk Tower clock Automation. We successfully won the presentation and successful executor of the project with a very small budget.

We developed a product Solar still under Unilever which can produce 4-5 liter of pure water from saline (coastal water) within 24 hour from 1 meter square space using solar energy directly (no solar cell)
