PRODUCT :

• Partner with HQ Product Development team and be the bridge between HQ and Factory in terms of product development and approval from HQ.
• Share expertise and apply best practices with Factory.
• Provide feedback on material selection to HQ & BLO sourcing team.
• Check the final product as per specs for HQ approval to avoid any repeated samples submissions.
• Guide factory to develop the right samples at first place to save time in development.
• Risk analysis for bulk production feasibility and raise flag to HQ during development phase before product finalization for bulk production.
• Support PD team in all aspects of outerwear development.
• Ensure all development samples & pre-lunch(pre-retail, pre-sales, photoshoot, etc.) samples are delivered on time to meet the PM & others meeting and photo shooting.
• Collaborate with supplier & HQ for lunch order delivery aligning with TNA.

QUALITY :

• Quality Control on site at our Outerwear suppliers.
• Liaison with Factory to ensure factory cut only the right quality material (Fabric and trims) for bulk production.
• Attend Pre-Production meeting, prepare the TOP report, conduct inline and final inspection as per the approved samples, product technical specifications, TIM and QIM.
• Ensure the 1st output from the factory sewing lines are as per latest product technical specifications.
• Ensure the incoming bulk materials quality and give the right feedback to suppliers for improvement.
• Update data regularly in the company's online share drive/portal/odoo.
• Co-operate with other QAOs on the knit process as per demand & availability (inline inspection, final inspection & testing).
• To analyze quality-related data( Knit, Woven, Outerwear) and make an improvement plan when needed.
• Support establishing an online quality data portal/ERP/odoo for data automation and analysis.
• Collaborate with other departments during different production stages by providing data. (over-time data, production data, MSOR, etc.).

• To lead all quality process and handling 140 sewing lines, yearly 13 million pieces of garments quality & 200 million USD business.
• To implement Quality Tools and monitor regularly to ensure Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• To analyze the checklist data and act accordingly for Continuous Improvement (CI).
• To conduct review meetings after analyzing data with all related concerns weekly, monthly etc.
• To validate the Pre-production Sample, Size Set Sample, Pilot Run Production and comment on it for improving bulk production stage as well as monitor the bulk production improvement.
• To analysis the risk of the product and ensure product safety.
• To ensure that AQL of the company is properly maintained & exceeded at all stages.
• To conduct continuous training programs on Quality Tools through top management to operator.
• To install the KPI of teammates and monitor.
• To ensure the competency level of teammates by maintaining a skill matrix.
• To install and maintain scientific Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure quality of product.
• To prepare and update quality manual & SOP for the company so that company’s quality policy & procedures are known to all and implemented at all levels.
• To conduct internal quality and technical audit to ensure SOP and quality manual.
• To plan for year-wise improvement of quality.
• To run various quality projects like RFT (Right First Time) by using the SPC method.
