Led team to streamline operations by implementing new strategies i.e.

• Created detailed and effective business plans aimed at company growth, and we, as a business firm, are looking to expand into various ventures soon. I have been involved in the business expansion efforts i.e. hospitality and real estate.
• Enhanced productivity through innovative management techniques such as employee appraisal, incentivization and motivating the human assets accurately to derive the best output.
• Introduced new marketing campaigns, boosted brand image. For instance, managing events for business meetings.
• Oversaw marketing platforms to attract and engage audiences. Achieved the highest possible follower counts for the respective profiles, reaching 4k on Instagram and 2k active users on the Facebook page, utilizing my strategies with the support from my team.

• Minimized project discrepancies by enhancing quality control standards. For instance, I noticed that Bangladeshi workers were not consistently qualified to perform tasks effectively, so I focused on reducing errors and waste, especially during my apprenticeship when the country's economy was facing high inflation. Therefore, I along with the GM Mr. Tanvir Ahmed ensured minimization of waste as much as possible.
• Spearheaded expansion and development initiatives in Uttara, Bangladesh: i..e. Opening stores to display surplus items to attain best profit for the firm. I personally worked with the expansion executives to come up with the right marketing mix.
• Provided suggestions for modern and standardized business communication methods to foster innovation in the workplace : Introducing effective business memos to have clarity in direction combining both languages i.e. Bangla and English for effective comprehension since I was one of the best in my business communication course, I have some ideas to initiate effective communication strategies in the workplace.
