CVM Roadmap Manager
- Regularly monitoring the CVM campaign’s execution status whether these are running with an error free mode to ensure the 100% accuracy maintenance.
 - Define a clear objective before launching a CVM campaign by aligning overall Business goal
 - Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of CVM initiatives, track customer engagement and satisfaction, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
 - Post campaign evaluation for all CVM campaigns with the help of CPD
 - Post campaign evaluation for Retail & Digital Flash campaign to ensure incremental Revenue achievement with proper utilization of commission & Cash back.
 - Analyze Customer data to segment the customer base according various criteria such as usage, active days Geographic status, behavior etc.
 - Observe the effectiveness of existing segments to take actions dynamically.
 - Identify and articulate the unique value proposition for different customer segments taking into account their needs, pain points & motivations.
 - Plan and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives to engage customers, drive revenue growth, and increase customer lifetime value (CLV) in collaboration with CVM
 - Work closely with IT teams to leverage technology and data analytics tools for CVM purposes, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing automation platforms.
 - Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in CVM to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and adapt strategies accordingly.
