• Affordable Housing advisory project with DBH Finance in Bangladesh to develop an affordable housing product, robust risk management framework, and data analytics capabilities to scale affordable housing finance. The project resulted in a 23% increase in disbursement of affordable home loans within two years and a $27 million IFC investment in a housing bond transaction
• Green-Building financing upstream project with Bangladesh Bank to develop financing guidelines, capacity-building programs, and awareness campaigns to promote green buildings
• Green affordable housing project with DBH Finance to designed a value propositions and build internal capacity for financing self-built and developer-built green houses
• Sector development projects in Bangladesh and Timor Leste to create an enabling environments for affordable and green housing finance
• Housing finance Deep-Dive exercise on 7 priority countries in Asia to asses the challenges and develop country specific roadmaps to increase supply and demand of affordable housing units and housing finance

• US$1.2M flagship advisory project with Prime Bank, Bangladesh to design an end to end digital banking unit, Neo Bank, within the bank
• 3 digital diagnostic assessment projects to evaluated DFS capabilities of Prime Bank (Bangladesh), Bank Asia (Bangladesh), and Bhutan National Bank (Bhutan)
• Embedded Finance projects in Bangladesh to identify market challenges and opportunities and implement successful embedded finance models with the objective to improve access to finance for MSME sector
• US$1.7M flagship advisory project with IFC equity client, The City Bank in Bangladesh to establish robust operational risk framework, redesigned HR practices and policies, improve cash management operations to scale up low-cost deposits and conduct a DFS diagnostic to recommend a bank-wide digital transformation strategy. The project resulted in a 181% increase in total deposit portfolio over three years, improvement of CAR by 1% and successfully transformed HR operations
