As a Medical Document Specialist, I have spent nearly five years supporting U.S. healthcare providers by delivering accurate, real-time clinical documentation across a wide range of medical specialties. My role has positioned me at the intersection of healthcare, communication, and technology—allowing me to contribute meaningfully to improved clinical efficiency, provider satisfaction, and patient-care outcomes.

Throughout my journey at Augmedix Bangladesh, and later under the rebranded Commure Bangladesh, I have developed strong expertise in medical terminology, clinical reasoning, and EHR workflow management. I work closely with physicians to translate live clinical conversations into structured, comprehensive, and compliant medical notes including H&P, consultation reports, SOAP notes, follow-ups, assessments, plans, and procedural summaries.

My work requires high-level communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex clinical information accurately. I consistently collaborate with providers to resolve ambiguities, clarify patient histories, and ensure documentation meets both medical and legal standards. This includes maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and protecting sensitive patient information at all times.

Alongside the clinical side, I’ve gained robust experience with digital documentation platforms, remote workflow tools, and evolving EHR systems. I’ve adapted smoothly to technological upgrades and new clinical processes introduced during the company’s transition from Augmedix to Commure, demonstrating flexibility and a strong growth mindset.

I contributed to the United Nations’ Combating Gender-Based Violence (CGBV) project in the Khulna region, supporting field operations as an interpreter to facilitate clear, accurate, and culturally sensitive communication between project staff, local communities, and survivors of gender-based violence.

In this role, I provided real-time interpretation during community outreach sessions, awareness campaigns, interviews, and consultations with vulnerable groups. I ensured that sensitive information was conveyed with empathy, confidentiality, and respect—helping bridge linguistic and cultural gaps within diverse communities.

My work involved translating discussions related to rights awareness, protection mechanisms, reporting pathways, and access to support services. I collaborated closely with UN field officers, local stakeholders, and partner organizations to maintain clarity, accuracy, and trust in all communications.Provided oral interpretations for clients during special events, successfully maintaining pace with native speakers to deliver real-time comprehension.
