- Looking after European buyer -LIDL, TOP-GUN, Chamonix, U.S Grand Polo, McGregor, Kappa, etc which contributes approx. $15 Million Value per year.
- Developing the products and communicating with customers and respond to fulfill every customer queries.
- Preparing Open-Cost Sheet as well as quote sheet for costing closed orders.
- Respond to Order Confirmation Sheet and Chasing for PO.
- Preparing initial budget sheet by inputting order confirmation data in ERP system.
- Preparing Bulk fabric booking in Excel format for Outsourced fabric.
- Negotiating fabric ETD/ ETA and submission plan with supplier and arranging bulk fabric according to factory's bulk timeline with proper follow up and push.
- Preparing bulk booking for trims and accessories and keep follow up with them to in-house trims and accessories on time
- Working with sales contract, PI and other LC submission process.
