Professional Activities: Project implementation, lead the skills development and research team, coordination and liaison with civil society organizations, policy makers, input the policies on indigenous peoples' issues and formation of strategies.
Conduct undergrad course on Ethnicity and Nationalism
Oversee the organizational activities, advocacy and campaign, research, editing and publication, networking, capacity building and
fundraising.
Conduct research, case study and case studies.
Lead the skills development and research team, coordination with other teams, support the implementation of Migrant Workers Management Information System (MWMIS) in full compliance with UN/UNDP, ILO and Government of Bangladesh (GoB) rules, regulations, policies and strategies and etc.
Fund raising, project proposal writing, reporting, advocacy and campaign, awareness raising, research
and editing.
