• Core Banking System (CBS), implemented CBS in bank to manage banking transactions from all channels e.g., branches, sub-branches, Agent Banking, Internet banking etc.
• Clearing System, Implemented clearing system (BACH, RTGS, NPSB, Binimoy) to manage interbank transactions between banks
• Internet Banking, a digital real time transaction platform using which Retail and Corporate customers of a Bank can manage their transaction from anywhere.
• e-KYC, customer on-boarding and opening account through verification of National Id and matching photo of a customer. This is a digital window of the Bank that allowed prospective customers to open an account in the Bank instantly from anywhere.
• Remittance automation, an API that helped to receive and process remittances automatically from exchanges houses/different channels. The API is integrated with different payment channels (e.g., BEFTN, MFS) to remit amount instantly to customer account/wallet.
• Digital Secured Loan & Credit Card, an application that disburse secured loan/Credit Card digitally to customers
• Payment through Bangla QR, an application developed in mobile app to process payment through Bangla QR to settle it instantly through NPSB
• Human Resources Management, a HR management solution that includes talent Hunting, Payroll, Appraisal, e-Learning, Online exam etc.
• Asset Management, an advance solution that helped a company to manage their fixed assets which includes Requisition, Procurement, Receivable, Payable, Asset Tagging, Depreciation etc.
