Responsible for overseeing the collection of overdue payments from Retail and SME customers. This includes developing and implementing collection strategies, managing the collection team, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Leading & managing diversified team of Payroll Banking, Agent Banking, Bancassurance, Student Banking & Retail Proposition team.

• Business Budget achievement of the branches under control by implementing appropriate strategies.
• Monitoring performance (both individual & team) to achieve target.
• Maximize new business opportunities, cross sell and depend existing relationship.
• Monitoring and ensure Service Standards of the branches
• Ensure supports from all the support functions like Administration, Human Resources, IT, Operations etc. to conduct Branch operations smoothly.
• Managing and expanding branches in line with CNB business strategies.
• Ensure control & compliance across the Branches.
• Be accountable for all cost & revenue heading pertaining to Branches & ensure cost control.
• Ensure Branch related MIS & Ensure efficient complain management.

• As a BM my responsibilities are to position the branch as an effective retail sales and service outlet by providing superior customer service for increasing the customer base and achieving the branch asset, liability and other business targets and to ensure service standard in the branch.

• As a Sales Team Manager I needed to ensure the full satisfaction of all the reputed and valued customer of the bank by providing highly professional service. And also need to ensure the set business target of the bank as well.
