Ecommerce Campaign Executions:

• Formulate and implement marketing, business & product development strategy for E-Commerce business and building upon the market position of the bank.
• Managing the P&L for the online retail channel, delivering on short term and long term plans, including delivered against the budget.

Relationship Management:

• Proactively manage communication within and outside the organization to keep appropriate stakeholders abrest of key Initiatives,updates, plan and business performance.

Campaign Management:

• Managing Strategies alliances ( Discount, Cashback/ Equal monthly installment / Recurring payment etc.) with online merchants to drive campaign.
• Ensure Visibility (virtual) at merchant website to enhance business through strong relationship.

Resources Management:

• Allocate resources, analyze feasibility & ensure proper utilization to ensure effective cross functional execution.

Process Development and Implementation:

• Development of the technology and services that support online retailer/ merchant objectives of multiple payment options, technical flexibility and alignment with client rewards and other value added retailer programs

• Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
• Develop and manage an efficient distribution (E-Commerce Clients) network to improve sales performance.
• Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
• Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
• Coordinate with Zonal Sales Manager to enhance sales performance.
• Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.
• Maintain contacts with financial center personnel, professionals and personal contacts to build referrals.
• Conduct business plan review meetings with sales team.
• Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
• Appreciate the contributions and accomplishments of sales employees through the proper rewarding mechanisms.
• Develop performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals.

• Plan, coordinate and monitor activities of assigned projects to develop and implement procedures, processes and systems.
• Collaborate and Manage External stakeholders (Ecurrier, Redx , Paperply) .
• Manage and coordinate with Internal stakeholders for daily operation.
• Develop detailed task lists and work effort assessments.
• Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from all key players and team members.
• Prepare and present regular internal and external project reports for management.
• Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from the project team.
• Recommend and implement modifications to improve effectiveness and attain project milestones.

• Incorporate company procedures and policies in operations of business unit.
• Monitor and review project activities and ensure its completion within scheduled time and budget.
• Manage business activities focusing on financial and strategic growth of organization.
• Build strong relationship with the customers in order to maintain good revenue growth.
• Manage start-up costs and finances of business unit by efficient financial management.
• Perform review and validation of system layouts and equipment.
• Explore and analyse market trends and identify new opportunities in assigned region.
• Coordinate with Marketing team to develop and implement operational plans for new product launch.

• Manage MSME Daily Loan Operation and communicate with Stakeholders (IPDC,BRAC,Brac Bank,Bkash and MSME)
• Co-ordinate BFPB Project (Ukaid) and Communicate with other stakeholders.
• Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits ot Project

Major Achievement: Disbursed 1.5 Core Loan in 3 Months as Pilot Project.
