Responsible for Sinsay Brand all Knit product orders from Direct suppliers.

Managing a team of 21 members working for Sinsay team.

Looking after and controlling 80-90 million pcs business with direct suppliers.

Controlling vendor sharing strategies for 60+ factories.

Working on company needs and communicating with Brand director, Product Managers and Buyers from HQ.

Solving problems in any stage of production when teammates needs.

Leading the weekly team meeting with country head and representative from HQ.

• Leading the team of 6 members and overall activities of the team
• Responsible for all orders starting from development till shipment for LPP Brands Reserved, Cropp, House and Mohito
• Controlling seasonally over 14 million pcs orders with more than 20 suppliers
• Sourcing new suppliers for continuous increment in production capacity for HQ.
• Solving problems and helping in approval communicating with suppliers as well as buyers and designers from brands.
• Proper distribution and controlling production capacities

• Managing 2-3 million pcs of orders per season
• Making development samples and preparing costing based on the development for Knit and sweater products
• Placing the orders to suppliers and making sure the right margin achieved for the team
• Checking all invoices and certificates needed for the production.
• Allocating QC as per production schedules and arranging third party inspections

• Supporting team in activities from Maintaining and preparing production file for Merchandising & QC
• Follow up developments
• Sharing comments to suppliers, chasing buyers for comments in case of urgency.
• Working closely with team leader and QC for daily activities
