• · Collect and analyze various business and technical queries regarding SCOPE, facilitating efficient assistance delivery.
• · Organize mobile support services and adhere to established SCOPE emergency response processes, enabling timely emergency assistance.

· Deploy and configure network systems such as Cisco ASA Firewall, Switch, SAN storage, and VPN connections with MNOs, stakeholders, and Government agencies.

· Develop processes, routines, checklists, FAQs, and support documentation to enhance MNP tools in a contact center environment.

· Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure seamless technical implementation.

· Maintain regular coordination with key stakeholders in Bangladesh, including BTRC, NTMC, ICT Division, AMTOB, Mobile Operators, ISPs, IIGs, IGWs, VAS operators, and others.

· Monitor project plan adherence, identify deviations, and propose action plans through issue/risk register for timely adjustments and reporting.

• Monitor, maintain, and configure servers for optimal performance.
• Manage email, domain hosting, network solutions, and IP phone systems.
• Coordinate with foreign suppliers and shippers for equipment imports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline server operations.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies for server optimization.

· Perform monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and configuration of operational servers.

· Develop and implement network plans based on company and client requirements.

· Utilize open-source applications for both MS Windows and Linux/UNIX systems.

· Configure and troubleshoot Firewall, Core Switch, Distribution Switch, and Core Router.

· Expertise in configuring various protocols on Routers, including RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, Static route, NAT, DHCP, ACL, and frame relay.

· Install, monitor, troubleshoot, and configure internal and customer operational servers, ensuring smooth service delivery.

· Set up and maintain Kaspersky Admin Server, including client setup, policy creation, and browsing restrictions.

· Configure IPsec VPN, implement auto failover, enforce browsing restrictions, and control bandwidth on Mikrotik routers.

· Establish radio link setups for intranet and internet connectivity.

Provide supervision and guidance to junior officers within the department.
