MW Network Back office Maintenance:

• Troubleshooting and fault rectification for MW &Transmission network (RTN+ZTE+NEC)

• Continuously monitor the performance of microwave transmission systems, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for optimization.
• Implement adjustments to maximize network capacity, minimize interference, and enhance signal quality.
• Proactively address network issues and outages, troubleshooting equipment failures and signal degradation promptly.

Network Planning and Design :

• Prepare transmission solution for addition of any new network element covering 2G/3G/4G ,Single/Dual Carrier and ensure necessary capacity in existing network
• Analyze the Infrastructure sharing possibilities both as provider & seeker and finalize the solution either in-house or through NTTN
• Assist in preparation of the equipment dimensioning/BOQ as per capacity requirement during budget time in wireless domain
• Supervise equipment dimensioning to meet all needs of all stakeholders as per Technical ON AIR plan and forecast equipment requirements based on stakeholder requirements
• MW Transmission planning, configuration & troubleshooting for different RAN Swap.
• MW LOS Break solution, Relocation & overall MW KPI is monitored & provide Tx solution as a Zonal Leader of Dhaka division.

• Establish the Detail Technical Revenue Budget preparation, define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plan & monitor all activities
• Settle with the stakeholder on project requirements to secure closure of projects and change control
• Establish a communication plan/strategy in order to meet stakeholder and customer needs and expectations Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events Resource plan for the project rollout & on boarding new resources

• QoS planning and rollout for E2E Microwave Network Quality of Service Parameter Configuration for 2G,3G and 4G Traffic Microwave network DCN planning & supervise team for DCN configuration for NMS Server Connectivity.(Completed Robi MW network 10K equipment DCN configuration project) Supervise New Microwave Transmission Equipment Field Test or Trail for customer demonstration and performance test presentation
• MW New Link Planning using Pathloss and iRiver Tool

• Establish project budget
• Develop risk management plan inclusive of risk identification and risk response plans
• Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues Manage rollout project of Ericsson and Huawei Microwave Transmission Equipment Installation, Commissioning and Handover to Operation
• Successfully lead and completed Robi-Airtel Consolidation Transport project as Project Manager for Dhaka and Khulna region

• Ensure Microwave Transmission Readiness Project Activity for New Site Commercial On Air Manage and supervise a team for Microwave Backhaul Path Rectification with Datacom team with necessary testing
