Platform Vision & Execution

  • Manage product design and workflow for modules such as RFQ systems, smart logistics, documentation automation, and financing gateway.

Agri-Supply Chain & Trade

  • Oversee procurement from a trusted national vendor network including rice mills, spice processors, and fruit aggregators.
  • Ensure quality control, certification (GAP, Phytosanitary, HALAL), and timely export compliance across all shipments.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Lead partnerships with global buyers such as ShopUp (Unicorn), Farah Impex (Canada), and importers in the Middle East.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders, government trade bodies, and local exporters to streamline cross-border trade.

Business Development & Expansion

  • Scale AWG’s digital model for regional expansion into India, Nepal, and Pakistan.
