• Introducing new system namely 'Online CIB Software' and arrange to input all data by branches.
• Ensuring accuracy of data inputted by branches to rich central database.
• Regular correspondence with Central bank (BB) about Domain table to follow and to generate text file and for smooth upload all credit information to Central bank.
• Managing activities related to CIB Unit .
• Resolve all queries of branches on new system.

Key Achievements: Turn the existing system to100% automated system.

• Established very gentle environment with mates to attend visa appliers .
• Collect and check all their documents according to their type of visa application and provide primary approval for visa.
• Scan all visa applications and send them to ‘India High Commission’ office for final approval.
• Delivery passports with proper document or proof to proper person

Key Achievements: Managed over 150 customer/visa appliers per day.
