- Implement regulatory roadmap & ensure regulatory compliance as per local Telecom Regulation Act, Mobile Telephony Licenses, Bye-Laws, Rules, Directives and Approvals issued by Regulator

- Execution of inter-operator activities in compliance to Telecom Law, Govt. Policy, directives

- Execute bilateral agreements & SLA with Interconnection partners
- Ensure Inter-operator alignment on Interconnection related issues

- Preparation and negotiation of agreement, SLA, and agreement for leasing of Internet Bandwidth
- Review of IC agreements considering technological changes, local & global industry movements
- Preparation and review of internal work Process; SOX Process; local policy and procedures
- Monitor, management reporting & initiate actions against non-compliant act of other operators
- Negotiated and executed fiber lease agreements and SLA with telecom operators
- Preparation of fiber laying plan through field visits
