- Initiated using several tools of Social Research to identify the livelihood opportunity of Khmer youths in Cambodia.

- Ensured effective involvement of respective partner organizations in Project Planning, Research, Implementation and Sustainability of the project.

- Translated critical documents, collected data, facilitated multiple stakeholder meetings & focus group discussions and assisted senior researchers of Syngenta Int. working on Growing Together Project (Cohort-5) to improve the livelihood of smallholder farmers living in the Northern part of Bangladesh.
