• Working with IGS in imparting Communicative English Training for Joint and Deputy Secretaries of the Government of Bangladesh under the Regulatory Reforms Commission.
• Developing Curriculum and establishing Training Centre for BRAC in Kabul.
• Facilitating Business Communication and Etiquette for the upper management and executives of Navana.
• Responsible for establishing Brac Institute of Languages (BIL), BRACU, the first language institute in the tertiary level among the private universities in Bangladesh.
• Responsible for designing and launching Master of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (MATESOL) at BIL
• Working with ‘The Daily Star’ and ROBI for the ‘English in Schools’ (EiS) programme to develop English-learning materials for the EiS, which was distributed for free to 1000 secondary schools across Bangladesh.
• Working in collaboration with Open University, UK (OU) in English in Action (EiA), a DFID funded 77 million sterling pound English language improvement project in Bangladesh.

• Launched Bracu Express, the first monthly student publication of Brac University in February 2016.
• Convinced the Board of Trustees of BRAC University to fund BRAC Onnesha- a nano satelite built by our students and successfully launched into Low Earth Orbit in 2017.
• Participated in Asoka’s Conference in Miami in 2017 and secured grant of USD 30,000 for Brac University.
• Organizing Committee member of the first International Conference on Business Management 2017 hosted by BRAC University
• Hosted two residential Model United Nations Debate festival with the participation of overseas students in 2016 and 2018 at Brac University’s Savar Campus

• Guiding and Monitoring the development of English for Specific Purpose (ESP) Modules for Midwifery and Nursing Programme, BRAC Institute of Global Health, BRAC University
• Guiding and Monitoring the development of ESP Courses for Technical Training Institutes of Bangladesh in collaboration with ‘Ministry of Manpower, Bangladesh’ and ‘International Labour Organization (ILO)
• Preparing proposal and getting approval of UGC for BRAC Institute of Languages (BIL) and MA in TESOL at BRAC University.
• Guiding the collaboration with Open University, UK for the completion of “Make Your Teaching Experience Count (MYTEC) Course”, a technology mediated course for Primary and Secondary English Teachers in Bangladesh under the English in Action (EiA) initiative
• Implementation of ‘English in Schools’ a ‘Robi-The Daily Star’ joint venture for Teaching English through newspapers
• Administering the Pilot Phase of the ‘mEducation’ Project to teach English through mobile telephones for the disadvantaged children to prepare them for entering the mainstream education system
• Coordinating the Training of ‘BRAC Primary School Teachers’ Training Programme’, ‘Medhabikash, and ’Skill Development Training for Advancing Resources (STAR) in collaboration with UNICEF and BRAC
• Education Management Training for Afghan Education Ministry Officials in 2008 and 2009
• Conceptualizing and implementing various training and development programmes for BRAC managers (education, health, microfinance and development) and trainers
• Implemented and co-ordinated King Sejong Institute, a Korean Language Training Centre and ran it for two years with native Korean teachers on a grant of USD 160,000/- from the Korean Government.
• Procured native Chinese teachers from China with Chinese Government grants and obtained 100% scholarships to China for our students
