• Checking approved secured and unsecured loan application documents for necessary disbursement.
• Checking & Limit Loading of Fast Cash (OD),Limit Enhancement, Reduction & Replacement by encashment of security. Secured & unsecured loan closing and partial payment. Fund transfer instructions and Memo transaction execution received from SAMD.
• Update loan files status in MIS for daily circular to all source / branch.
• Communicate with source/ branch to meet queries for loan disbursement.
• Performing file archiving and vault management. Maintain MIS for deferral document retrieving from source. Prepare MIS of disbursed loan for regulatory reporting (Central Bank). Stamp in the disbursed loan files.

• Preparing sanction letters / duplicate sanction letters for onward sending to the client per loan disbursement. Providing loan NOC .

Preparing L/C and bank related activities of the organization.

Assisting in Supply chain management, preparing price index (PI), costing & retiring L/Cs etc.

Performed on both air & ocean freight forwarding operations (dealing C &F agent, analyzing freight rates, billing suppliers etc).

Directed staff and managed annual capital budget.

Coordinating and monitoring activities of health and sanitation projects, including coordination of training and outreach activities.

Facilitating area wide expansion and promotion of the programs

Monitoring budgets and required reporting to the area manager.

Facilitating day long workshops on sanitation.

Resolved conflicts and negotiated mutually beneficial agreements between parties.
