During my school years, I had the honor of serving as a cadet in the Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC), where I actively participated in various disciplinary and leadership activities within my region. This experience played a significant role in shaping my character, discipline, and sense of responsibility from a young age.
As a BNCC cadet, I was entrusted with duties that involved maintaining discipline among peers during school events, parades, and public programs. I learned to lead by example and to handle responsibilities with integrity and punctuality. Our training sessions focused on physical fitness, mental resilience, and leadership development, all of which contributed to my personal growth.
I also had the opportunity to work with local administration and senior officers during special occasions and regional programs. This exposure taught me the value of teamwork, communication, and adaptability in different situations. I developed a deep respect for order, service, and commitment — qualities that I carry with me into every aspect of my academic and professional journey.
Being a BNCC cadet wasn’t just about discipline; it was about learning to serve, lead, and uplift those around me. This foundational experience continues to inspire my dedication to meaningful work and leadership.
