An article on " Attitude - makes it all" was published in the Bangladesh army Journal in 2008. Another article on "Civil Military Cooperation" was published in the Annual Journal of the Public Administration Training Centre in 2011.

  • Collaborated with team of 120 staff members in the development of ICRC in Bangladesh for 6 years and provided emergency operational support while Rohingya people crossed into Bangladesh in 2017.
  • Established the ICRC Sub Office at Cox bazar as part of a rapid deployment team in 2017.
  • Provided capacity development to Bangladesh Military by sponsoring 50 officers on foreign course.
  • Collaborated with the Peace keeping Training Institute (BIPSOT) by actively training Bangladeshi Peace Keepers for 6 years as USPACOM certified Instructor.
