Prime responsibility is to implement and manage the project effectively in BD, COGS control, to ensure sustainable bottom line growth and supply assurance for the top line growth, sourcing machineries, making contracts & negotiating with suppliers, Installing and commissioning the plant by maintaining world class manufacturing standards. Establishing the end to end Supply Chain along with a 'Product Development' and 'Sales' team that best delivers the customer’s requirements most efficiently under the agreed lead time. - Demand planning, Inventory planning, Production planning and Supply planning.
- Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Development, Inbound Logistics and end to end category management.
- Maintaining a span of more than 300 Raw materials and more than 25 Packaging materials at SKU level and managing more than 200 vendors local and foreign.

I paid official visit to China, Hong Kong & India to visit different supplier’s factory/office to enrich my experience and to ensure beneficial deal for my company. 4. Reduced Port demurrages up-to 85% by splitting shipments.
