Shahriar Hamid Rasul

· Successfully ensured and conduct capacity building and coordinate with Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the concerned interlocutors of Armed and Security Forces (FAS) of Bangladesh, to formulate and execute programs for development and dissemination of knowledge on rights and obligations as per the Human Rights and IHL in respect of the armed and security forces personnel.

· Successfully conducted all programs relating to seminars, workshops, discussions and capacity building sessions with support from concerned members of FAS, concerned ministries and departments, through coordination and cooperation.

· Worked with the objective of mitigating the socio-economic and environmental challenges among the Rohingya refugees (from Myanmar) or personnel impacted by the Rohingya refugee crisis, and in coordination with the Armed and Security Forces of Bangladesh

· Successfully commanded, and ensured overseeing for the overall development and operational progress of the floating hospital ships of the fleet with approaches to promote and materialize, ‘Saving Lives’ – the humanitarian appeal for the betterment of life of the destitute people as per the principle of the non-government organization (NGO) - keeping the humanitarian mindset above all.

· Was accountable to the strategic leadership, management, and technical oversight of the Fleet as a whole. Was responsible for overseeing overall project planning, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, ensuring compliance with the rules and regulations of the NGO.

· Coordinated and administered the fleet and its personnel as per the policy-guidelines of the NGO. Shared expertise and thoughts to formulate future development and progress of operations of the fleet.

• Worked closely with organizational leadership and board of directors to guide operational strategy.
• Successfully oversaw software development, quality assurance and delivery to concerned customers in respect of the company, contract negotiation, software designing and timely delivery to the clients and exploring the market potentials.

Also assisted in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating an advocacy and communication strategy to support UN country teams' objectives.
