Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

· Leadership & Supervision: Led and coordinated the daily activities of the housekeeping and laundry teams, ensuring tasks were completed efficiently and to the required standards.

· Operational Management: Oversaw all laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and linen distribution. Managed the preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of laundry equipment (washing machines, dryers, pressers).

· Quality Assurance: Implemented and enforced strict hygiene, safety (HSE), and quality control protocols (5S, HACCP principles) across all cleaning and laundry processes.

· Inventory & Supply Control: Managed stock levels of linens, cleaning agents, and consumables, placing timely orders to prevent shortages.

· Training & Development: Trained and onboarded new staff members on company procedures, safety standards, and the proper use of equipment.

· Client & Interdepartmental Relations: Acted as a key point of contact, effectively resolving guest/client concerns and coordinating with other department supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
