Chittagong & Cox’s Bazar zone by adding new entries, verifying existing data (Hold and Return) and
ensuring accuracy and completeness.
✓ Implementing new process and maintaining existing process for smooth operations.
✓ Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to hub operations, such as on-time
deliveries, Maintain Daily Conversion, Rider Escalation, DID Clearance within 48HRS, Maintain F -
Breach (LM), Maintain Day 0.
✓ Facilitate the training and onboarding of new Hub managers and Operation Associates, ensuring
they are well equipped to perform their roles effectively.
✓ Generate regular reports and provide insights into hubs performance and highlight areas for
improvement.
✓ Managing Hub workforces in driving shift with efficiency and productivity
✓ Handling frontline employees and hub management issues.
