1. Procure all medical and non-medical items including but not limited to Catheter, Suture, Stent, Pacemaker, Cannula, Guidewire, Instrument, etc. as well as equipment & spares, hospital furniture. From July 2021 look after with new portfolio including office furniture, Linen & Uniforms.

2. Establish specification of the requisite item and if necessary collect detailed BOQ from the user; Send RFI/RFP/RFQ to respective vendors after proper verification;

3. Arrange negotiation meetings with recommended vendors, Prepare Comparative Statement (CS), & issue PO to the selected vendor, and follow up with the supplier for timely delivery;

4. Always looking for new sources, alternative products, and vendors that are of better quality and competitive price with the regular Market survey;

5. Monitoring Inventory is associated with the Manager, Store to maintain an efficient inventory level.

6. Managing Supply Chain Finance is associated with A/F Dept.

• Maintained current understanding of pricing structures, market conditions and trends in industry.
• Set up and negotiated contracts to obtain favorable pricing and delivery structures.
• Input, analyzed and reported on data covering all aspects of procurement operations.
• Built relationships with vendors to negotiate ideal terms for purchases.

• Handling Import documents
• Responsible for preparing Export Documents and following-up shipment
• Working with “Procurement and Sourcing Department” of Novartis
• Bangladesh Limited and handling their import operation, like customs clearing, collecting NOC form Drugs Authority
• Billing and maintaining all kinds of consignment information through MIS.
