PERSONAL PROFILE Having a background in Education Development and safeguarding in the most vulnerable area like Sunamganj in Bangladesh, I want to build my career as a sustainability leader with my academic and professional knowledge. Performing as a Technical Officer and PSEA focal person in UNICEF supported project, I’ve grown and expanded my abilities in developing safeguarding as well as pre-primary and primary education, stakeholder management, team management and field management. Conducting training on pedagogy is the main responsibility of a Technical Officer but being a focal person of PSEA I have conducted training on child safeguarding and PSEA. Furthermore, working in the remotest area like Sunamganj has given me the ability to work in adverse and challenging field conditions and experienced me to work in any situation created by nature or climate change. Moreover, I was involved in various activities like Connecting Classroom Program by British Council, where I collaborated with several international schools. Self-motivated Technical Officer brings proven leadership, organizational and customer relations skills. Independently solves problems and keeps teams on task to handle diverse business requirements.
