• Since joining in 2004, I have worked in significant branches like Principal Branch, Banani Branch, Trade Finance Operations in various capacities where I had always been a key contributor of my team.
• I have served as Export In-charge at Principal Branch for almost two years and six months during my tenure there.
• I was assigned by senior management in the Banani Branch for the role of Trade Finance In-Charge during December 2016. While the branch was going through a difficult time and failed to meet the compliances miserably, through my capabilities & leadership skills, I had overcome the challenges and restored the compliances and gained the confidence of both Bangladesh Bank Auditors and senior management.
• I had served in the Trade Finance Operations as ‘Foreign Export-in Charge’ where I developed and brought many process re-engineering initiatives which helped my bank to manage the cost efficiently.
• Throughout my career, most of the time, I had been rated as ‘Outstanding performer’ and in last 05 consecutive years, I had been rated as ‘Outstanding’.
• After working many years in Trade Service (Import-Export), senior management has posted me as ‘Head of branch’ in a challenging branch like Bangshal Branch. With immense pleasure, I would like to express that, under my direct supervision and leadership, my branch has achieved the business target of 2023, posting an Operating Profit of BDT 56.32 crores (102%).
