I am a Marine engineer by profession, completed my pre-sea course at Bangladesh Marine Academy. Then joined onboard as a cadet to gain practical knowledge. After completing my sea-time, I took the COC class-3 exam in Bangladesh. Then joined on-board as a fourth engineer. After completing 18 months of sea-time it was enough to appear in the class-2 exam and I got admitted into the Bachelor in Applied Science (Marine Engineering) at the University of Tasmania, Australia. As I completed my Pre-sea training from Bangladesh and had practical experience, the university exempted 171.3 credit points. On 08/22/20 I completed my Bachelor's with a GPA of 5.86 out of 7.00, Also I received COC Class-2 from AMSA that year. Currently I am employed on-board as a Second Engineer. I was always interested in teaching and wanted to make a positive impact in my sector. My goal is to enhance my knowledge to expertise myself in the field of sustainability and want to contribute to the upcoming global challenges.
