• Assist /facilitate the Executing Agency, Khulna WASA, Bangladesh, in Reviewing existing data and information in the feasibility study done earlier and conduct partial survey

• Engineering administration and Overall responsibilities as Project Director for construction of Well Field (Deep Tube Well) construction project of Dhaka WASA funded by EDCF (Korea) & Govt

• The project is to construct a cluster of DTWs (46 Nos.) and install water pipe network for carrying water to Dhaka city from around 24 Km

• Examine the requirements for electrical and electro-Mechanical installations, power needs and facilities for Energy Efficiency Improvement at designated Municipality area

• Prepared tender documents, evaluation of tenders, prepared contract and award of contract for procurement of Electrical and Mechanical equipment and machineries according to ADB’s procurement guidelines
• Prepared O & M manual for all electro-mechanical components for solar powered lighting and Water supply system
• Conducted Training program for the junior Engineers and Technicians of different Municipalities of Bangladesh (covered more than 300 municipalities and 300 participants)
• Organized seminars, workshops, conferences and other educational activities to enhance technical capacity in municipalities

• Responsible for ensuring operation and maintenance of some 600 Deep-Tube wells, Surface Water and Sewerage Treatment plants, water-Sewer networks and associated pumping stations of Dhaka City as part of the water supply, sewage disposal and sanitation service delivery
• Overall management and administration of the operation and maintenance department with some 3,000 employees of different ranks

• Worked for Dhaka Water Supply Sector Development Project (DWSSDP) of Asian Development Bank worth US$150M, which covers major network rehabilitation in Dhaka city and formation of DMA’s and institutional development program of Dhaka WASA
• Prepared project implementation plan and detailed work program of the project
• Management and Control of the three Consultancy namely DMC (Design and Management consultancy, FCBC (Financial and Capacity Building Consultancy) and PPMEC (Project Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Consultancy)
• Worked for the rapidly expanding low-income and informal urban population( LIC) covering water supply and sanitation
• Organized and implemented a first ever pilot project with Trenchless Technology in Dhaka city

• Assisted consultant to prepare overall Project Implementation plan and detailed work program spanning its financial, technical and administrative management
• Check and review design of whole pumping system, internal wiring system, ventilation’s system and coordination with Electrical and Electro-chemical equipment’s layout for various types of buildings of Water Treatment Plant
• Responsible for operation and maintenance of a Sewage Treatment Plant (120 cu.m /day capacity) and two 10 MGD capacity water treatment plant of DWASA
