• Ensure all sample (1st proto-shipment) with buyer require.
• Arrange pp meeting with all section chief & discuss pp comments.
• If have any pattern, marker & technical problem go to S.Oliver head office & meeting S. Oliver technical team.
• All update information from S. Oliver through all section chief & discuss them how it applies on goods.
• Follow up pattern & marker section.
• Follow up cutting section & checks their cuts goods as same as my order sheet.
• When comes fabric, accessories, trims in store then I check with my buyer approval copy.
• Follow up sewing section & check PP comments, quality & MSMT issue. If found any difference with my buyer approval require. Then I stop production & called meeting floor quality & production team.
• Do sewing, finishing inline report.
• Arrange all test report copy (In-house, accessories, wash, print, garments etc.)
• Arrange all approval copy (Fabric shade, thread, print, embroidery, stitching, folding Wash etc.).
• When start finishing check, packing & cartooining their give my buyer instruction.
• After packing & cartooining all goods, then I do pre-final inspection as per AQL. If goods pass then I call final inspection team.
