  • Conducted an analysis on 'Country System & Process Impacting Implementation and Disbursement of Bangladesh Portfolio,' reflecting the administrative approvals required for the projects to start execution and make the first disbursement; to identify potential challenges impacting implementation and slow disbursements; and to propose recommendations for their resolution.
  • Prepared quarterly financial management (FM) reports reflecting on the key FM issues, achievements, and exceptions.

Alternate Country Clearance Officer Support (March 30, 2023-Till now): Providing support to the security team as the alternate Country Clearance Officer, responsible for verifying travel details, obtaining additional information when necessary, and clearing travel requests through the security portal.

Support to SAR ACS RLT: Actively engaged in discussions, contributed ideas for collaboration, and shared learning experiences. Took the initiative in developing an ACS Guidebook to support the onboarding of new ACS members, drafting significant content that is nearing completion. Proposed a plan for the ACS retreat, including a schedule and collaboration with FMS to identify projects for ACS field visits. Suggested informal backup support to join missions, providing opportunities to gain insight into implementation support missions, project development objectives, and the drafting of technical notes and management letters. Also recommended organizing informal knowledge-sharing sessions among ACS members to facilitate cross-learning and ensure uninterrupted service during team rotations.

Country Office Staff Association (COSA) Secretary (July 2022-June 2024): Led several events independently, drafted discussion questions for high-level staff meetings, and actively engaged in meetings. Collaborated on preparing presentations related to compensation, recorded meeting notes from COSA representatives, CMU, and WB staff, and supported the implementation of staff-related initiatives. These included forming working groups, arranging shuttle services, coordinating donations for staff in need, and collaborating with UNICEF on childcare services. Assisted with WB Dhaka office events such as Family Day, Year-end Celebration, and Staff Retreat, and helped implement staff academy programs.

FM System Business Admin (2021 - Ongoing): As the SAR FM System Business Admin, supported FMS by managing SPN date extensions, creating IFR and audit arrangements in the FM system, and addressing system inconsistencies. Tasks included eliminating redundant IFR and audit requirements, reopening audit and IFR tabs, resolving issues like ISR variance, missing assessments, and discrepancies between the FM system and operations portal. Liaised with both the operations and FM helpdesks to resolve these issues.

Mentorship: Mentored new ACS and STT members on using the operations portal, processing STC/STT and firm contracts, creating POs for events, and managing budgets. Provided guidance on record management, processing official documents, and task management, particularly during year-end activities.

Staff Association Delegate Assembly (SADA) (July 2023-June 2025): As a delegate for SAR, disseminating Staff Association communications promptly to constituents and providing updates at staff meetings. Collected feedback from constituents for the Executive Committee and offered guidance on staff issues. Maintained familiarity with governance documents, departmental HR teams, and Staff Association resources. Participated in all Delegate Assembly and general meetings, contributed actively, and kept constituents informed.
