Core activities: Agricultural Project proposal development, Business plan development, Project Management, etc.

Strategic inputs to the company:

• Project acquisition (project bid for international donors like USAID, DFCD, DANIDA, Swisscontact, etc.).
• Project implementation, coordination, and monitoring.
• Develop Standard Operating procedures (Production, processing, Research and Development, Sales and Marketing unit, etc., with the discussion sessions with the Head of the Departments).
• Contribute to business award-winning (concept development and proposal writing to bid the awards).

Core Activities: Research Design, conduct, and analysis. The research area includes public policies and fiscal framework, regional and international trade and connectivity, LDCs, and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals.
