  • Customer (Shops) Strategy Planning - Conducted a quantitative deep-dive on the trade activities of the largest SKU in skin-cleansing category. This included a sensitivity analysis of trade activities which resulted in the optimizing trade offers to bring in the highest volume of sales while incurring lowest possible cost of trade.
  • Brand Developing - Launched a new SKU of the largest detergent brand of the company which included innovating pack design, planning and executing launch events and curating the geographical targeting of the new SKU.
  • Brand Building (Hindustan Unilever, Mumbai) - Created the product concept of a new SKU of toilet cleaner product range that specialized in cleaning Indian (squat) toilets. This included incorporating innovative technology to solve the pain points that were collected through consumer research, developing a pack design from scratch and AB testing communication to finalize the consumer-facing messages to launch the new SKU.
