- Operation and maintenance of 100% biological Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) including aerobic processes and Water Treatment Plant (WTP)
- This involves managing internal wastewater lab operations, coordinating external lab tests, and budgeting for annual treatment costs
- Ensuring proper documentation of environmental sustainability practices to meet the requirements of various buyers such as INDITEX, NEXT, H&M, OVS, Mango, Just Group, Kappahl, Zxy, etc
- This also includes preparing for first-party and third-party audits like WRAP, SEDEX, and ensuring social and environmental compliance
- Additionally, managing BVE3 CIL & MSDS, conducting HIGG FEM & FSLM self-assessment and third-party verification, as well as overseeing ZDHC wastewater & chemical management and waste management

- Monitoring and scheduling maintenance of all equipment according to ISO standards, organizing training and meetings, managing Restricted Substance List (RSL) & Manufacturing Restricted Substances List (MRSL) of different buyers, ZDHC MRSL, product and health safety requirements, MSDS management, and conducting air emission tests
- Taking proactive measures to comply with legal requirements such as ECC (Environmental Clearance Certificate) (according to the ECR-1997 & 2023), ECC of CPP (according to the ECR-1997 & 2023), BERC (Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission) License Act of 2003, and Acid license as per Acid control act of 2002
- Operating and monitoring technical training for employees, managing ETP emergencies, and chemical spillage drills
- Developing environmental policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and presentations to align with legal and buyers' Code of Conduct (COC) requirements
